How to Cash Out on Basketheight, Step by Step

Turning your points into a reward is the best part of Basketheight, and the process is short once you know the rules. This guide explains what you need before you start, how to request a cash-out, what happens during review, and what to do if something doesn't go as planned.

Before you start: the checklist

Three things need to be in place before the Wallet tab will let you request a cash-out:

• At least 10,000 points. Points convert at 1,000 points = $1, so the minimum is $10.
• A confirmed email address. We sent a confirmation link when you signed up. If you can't find it, use the Resend email button in your dashboard, and check your spam or promotions folder.
• No other cash-out under review. Only one request can be in review at a time. If you already have one pending, wait for it to finish before starting another.

Choosing an amount and a method

Cash-outs come in four fixed amounts: $10, $25, $50 and $100. You can pick any of them your balance covers. Here's how that looks in points:

• $10 = 10,000 points
• $25 = 25,000 points
• $50 = 50,000 points
• $100 = 100,000 points

So if you had, say, 27,400 points, you could choose $10 or $25. Choosing $25 would leave 2,400 points in your balance for next time.

There are two payout methods:

1. PayPal. The money is sent to your PayPal email address. Double-check that you enter the address linked to your PayPal account.
2. Digital gift card. The card is sent to an email address you provide.

Neither method requires bank account numbers. Basketheight will never ask you for your PayPal password.

Requesting your cash-out

When you're ready, the process takes a minute or two:

1. Open your dashboard and go to the Wallet tab.
2. Check your balance and make sure your email shows as confirmed.
3. Pick your amount: $10, $25, $50 or $100.
4. Choose PayPal or a digital gift card.
5. Enter the email address where the payout should go, and read it back carefully.
6. Submit the request.

Your request now moves into review, and the Wallet tab will show it as pending.

What happens during review

Every cash-out is reviewed manually by a person. Most requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays aren't business days, so a request sent on a Friday evening may take a little longer to land.

The review is there to keep the program fair for everyone. Game runs are also verified on our servers as they finish, so if you've been playing normally, there's nothing extra for you to do.

While you wait, you can keep earning. Play games, take surveys and do your dailies as usual. You just can't start a second cash-out until the first is finished.

If a cash-out is rejected

If a cash-out is rejected, the points return to your balance, and you can submit a new request once any issue is sorted out. Entering the payout email carefully the first time is the easiest way to avoid problems.

The one exception is cheating. Points earned by manipulating games, using multiple accounts, self-referrals or creating accounts for other people are not returned.

Getting to your first $10

Reaching 10,000 points is a mix of one-time and repeatable rewards. Surveys and game milestones each pay once, while daily tasks pay again every day after the midnight UTC reset. As a hypothetical example, a full first week of check-ins adds 50 + 60 + 70 + 80 + 90 + 100 + 110 = 560 points, plus the 1,000-point bonus on day seven, for 1,560 points before any level bonus.
