Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of basketheight.com (“Basketheight”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and allowed to use online rewards services under the laws of your country. Only one account is allowed per person, and the account must be registered with an email address you own and have confirmed.

How points work

• You earn points by reaching game milestones, completing surveys, finishing daily tasks and through the referral program, as described on each quest.
• The number of points for each quest is shown before you start and may change for future quests at any time.
• 1,000 points are worth $1.00 when redeemed. Points have no cash value until redeemed and cannot be transferred, sold or combined between accounts.
• Your level is based on points earned all-time and adds a percentage bonus to daily-task rewards as shown in the dashboard.

Games and fair play

Every game run is checked on our servers. Results that are impossible or appear manipulated are not counted. You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, multiple accounts, VPNs to misrepresent your location, or any other means to obtain points unfairly. We may void points earned in breach of these rules and suspend or close the accounts involved.

Cash-outs

• You can request a cash-out once you have at least 10,000 available points ($10) and have confirmed your email address.
• Payouts are made by PayPal or digital gift card to the email address you provide. Make sure it is correct — we are not responsible for payouts sent to an address you entered by mistake.
• Each request is reviewed manually and usually processed within 1–3 business days. Only one request can be under review at a time.
• We may reject a request that fails review, for example because of suspected fraud; in that case the points are returned to your balance unless they were earned in breach of these Terms.

Referrals

When someone signs up with your invite link and earns their first 1,000 confirmed points, you receive the referral bonus shown in your dashboard. Referring yourself or creating accounts for others is not allowed.

Inactive and closed accounts

You can delete your account at any time; unspent points are forfeited. We may close accounts that break these Terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so members can redeem eligible balances.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and to credit points accurately, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular level of earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the points in your account.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use Basketheight after that means you accept the updated Terms.
